Solutions-Based Professional Services: Development of a data analysis strategy to interpret results from the sample of beneficiary participants.

The Income Security and Social Development Branch (ISSD) of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking the services of a methodology consultant to support the second phase of the Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) Return-to-Work (RTW) Pilot by developing a data analysis strategy to interpret results collected from the sample of beneficiary participants by the RTW Navigators throughout the pilot project. The consultant will provide a comprehensive analysis covering data collection and storage processes, research instruments, quality control measures, ethical considerations, and a data integration plan. The consultant will assist the RTW Project team in evaluating the results and providing an evidence base for potential changes to program policy. They will also liaise with all levels of the Pilot Implementation Team, including operational and policy members, in order to facilitate the collection of high-quality data to produce generalizable results.
