Full Description

This requirement is issued unrestricted. The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Logistics Information Service, has a requirement for full service maintenance on Sonexis Conference Manager software and hardware. Period of performance is 12 months commencing on the date of award. Place of performance is the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center, 74 N. Washington Avenue, Battle Creek, MI 49037-3084. Only Sonexis or Sonexis-authorized third party vendors are eligible to participate in this acquisition since work performed by unqualified entities would void existing Sonexis warranties already in place. Sonexis-authorized third party vendors shall submit their Sonexis letter of authorization concurrently with their quotation. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B shall be at Destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. A Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will be appointed at the time of award. As a condition of contracting, the prospective awardee is required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and have its Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) information in a current status. The Government's performance work statement is included with this announcement. A copy of the Government's quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP) is also included with this announcement.
