Souda Bay Job Order Contract

The contract is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic for work within the Souda Bay Area of Responsibility under NAVFACSYSCOM Europe Africa Central. All work must adhere to strict security protocols, including confidentiality of classified information, restricted photography, and compliance with base access controls. Hazardous materials require submission of Safety Data Sheets and adherence to NFPA-certified marine chemist protocols where applicable, and contractors must provide 24/7 emergency contacts and submit pre-activity documentation such as Activity Hazard Analyses at least 15 working days prior to high-risk tasks.
