Types of projects include, but are not limited to new construction, and interior/exterior remodeling/renovation/repairs. Project disciplines may include, but not be limited to, one or more of the following: civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, communications, intrusion/detection, audio/visual systems, and electrical disciplines, asphalt and concrete pavements, masonry, various roofing systems, landscaping, environmental, power and heat generation, etc. Historical data shows most task orders will range between $2K and $500K. The successful contractor will be required to furnish all materials, equipment and personnel necessary to design, manage and accomplish individual projects to receive task orders and provide other management services related to accomplishing individual projects. The estimated program range is still under consideration. At this point, it is roughly anticipated to range between $37.5M and $50M over a five -year ordering period. The solicitation may be open to firms located in all regions nationwide; based on the outcome of this sources sought notice, it may be determined to be in the best interest of the Government to restrict competition to a particular geographical region.
