The 18th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing Catholic Priest services support of the Religious Support Program, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan.  This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids and/or quotes. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this notice for vendor review.

This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation or confirmation/commitment that the Government will contract for the services. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set aside of the solicitation is appropriate and whether this approach to securing contracting support is practicable. 

Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. Please note that the solicitation number used for these sources sought may be different from the one in the actual solicitation, if a solicitation materializes. 

Interested vendors shall provide the following information:
1. Business name, DUNS/UEI, CAGE code, small business status and certifications.
