Presolicitation Notice: Department of State, U.S. Embassy Monrovia New Embassy Compound Utility Optimization Improvement

The acquisition is designated as a total small business set-aside under relevant federal regulations, including the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act, ensuring that only small businesses may participate. The procurement process will be conducted in two phases.
