Presolicitation Notice: Department of State, U.S. Embassy Monrovia New Embassy Compound Utility Optimization Improvement

This is a presolicitation notice issued by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, for a Design-Build Construction Services acquisition to perform Utility Optimization Improvements at the New Embassy Compound in Monrovia, Liberia.
