Additionally, payment under US Government Contracts must be made by means of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT.) Vendors who wish to be considered for a purchase order shall be registered with SAM (System Acquisition Management) and WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow). Note that there is not an associated cost to register accounts under the aforementioned databases. Description The 48th Contracting Squadron anticipates soliciting within the next 8 months for packing and containerization services under the aforementioned NAICS-code. The contractor shall provide all management, uniforms, supervision, and labor necessary to Direct Procurement Method (DPM) services at the established facilities at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall, RAF Alconbury, and the surrounding area (est. 50 mile radius) of the UK. Performance under a resultant contract shall be provided in accordance with the requirements contained in the attached "draft" Performance Work Statement (PWS) and attachments. NOTE: Although a "draft" Performance Work Statement is provided, this notice does not constitute a solicitation (tender). Requested Information The following is requested from interested vendors; 1. If the aforementioned service is formally solicited by the Government, would your company be interested in providing a proposal? If so, please provide your company details on company letterhead. 2. Is your company providing like services similar in scope and complexity to those described in the PWS, for any other Government or public sector agency? If, so, please provide a concise listing of those contracts/projects with respective agencies. 3. Based upon the attached "draft" PWS attached, are there any aspects that are unclear and do not allow a clear understanding of the Government's requirements? 4. Based upon the attached "draft" PWS attached, do commercial industry practices differ greatly than what is being requested by the Government?
