This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotes.


The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of installation, removal, and repair of carpet and floor tile, as well as occasional moving services at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB). The Government currently utilizes a USAF Carpet Program for ordering. The purpose of this notice is to determine if vendors can meet the Government’s needs as detailed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). NOTE: The Draft PWS attached is subject to change. 


Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. This notice is intended to help the Government determine the appropriate acquisition strategy and confirm whether alternative solutions are available.


Interested parties are requested to provide a capability statement addressing the following questions. Please provide clear and unambiguous responses.
