The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, through its Dsc Contracting Services Division in Denver, Colorado, is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice for the replacement of waterlines at the Lincoln Reflecting Pool on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., under solicitation number 140P2026R0089 and NAICS code 238990. This notice is not a request for proposals but an effort to identify qualified businesses and assess market interest to inform the potential structure of a future solicitation, including whether a small business or socio-economic set-aside may be appropriate. The project is located on a designated historic, natural, and cultural resource, requiring protective measures. The anticipated period of performance is 270 calendar days, inclusive of potential weather-related shutdowns and possible winter construction.
