Angle Block SetsThe U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to gather market research for the potential procurement of ten (10) Angle Block Sets intended to significantly enhance angle measurement capabilities across the U.S. Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) network. These precision measurement sets are to be distributed to eight reference laboratories, the Training Lab, and the Enterprise Support Division (ESD) TV Lab, with delivery directed to Building 5435, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Each Angle Block Set must contain 16 blocks with specific angular increments (degree, minute, and second increments) and provide a measuring range from 0 to 99 degrees with an accuracy of ±1 arcsecond. The blocks will be furnished in protective cases but no additional military packaging, preservation, or marking standards are mandated. This RFI, identified by solicitation number PANRSA-26-P-0000-036152 and using NAICS code 332216, is a firm fixed price (FFP) market research effort rather than a solicitation and therefore does not contain binding contract clauses, evaluation criteria, or pricing data. Vendors responding must provide essential company information, including business size, socioeconomic status, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). The response deadline is May 15, 2026, and submissions must be sent via email to designated contracting personnel at the Army Contracting Command-Redstone. While no formal award factors or terms of inspection and acceptance are established, delivery and acceptance are expected at the designated ESD location. This RFI serves to assess industry capabilities before potential future procurement actions and does not constitute a commitment or offer from the government.
