PURPOSE:


The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) & Satellite Clinics (specified below) has a requirement for Pest Control Services, Santa Fe, NM 87505.


Description of Services:


The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service requires a contractor to provide comprehensive Integrated Pest Management for the Santa Fe Indian Health Center and the San Felipe Health Clinic.  


Services include but are not limited to:


  • Routine Integrated Pest Management (IPM) inspections and monitoring
  • Interior and exterior pest control services
  • Rodent control and monitoring
  • Structural pest management, including termites and other wood-destroying organisms
  • Wildlife and nuisance animal management (where permitted by law)
  • Emergency pest response services
  • Bed bug inspection and treatment (as required)
  • Lice management services (as required)
  • Installation, inspection, and maintenance of traps, bait stations, and monitoring devices
  • Application of EPA-registered pesticides in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, Tribal, and local regulations
  • Inspection reports, service documentation, and pesticide application records
  • Recommendations for corrective actions and Integrated Pest Management improvements
  • Monthly service reports and other contract deliverables identified in the Statement of Work (SOW)

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, equipment, tools, vehicles, pesticides, permits, licenses, transportation, and all other resources necessary to perform the required services. No Government-furnished equipment, materials, or pest control supplies will be provided.

HOW TO RESPOND:


This is a sources sought notice under the authority of the Buy Indian Act. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is attempting to locate qualified and eligible Small Business Indian Firms, “Native American Indian Owned and Operated businesses,” that can provide services/supplies to the Indian Health Service.  This is a request for information only, this is not a solicitation.  Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.  Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary with no obligation or incurred cost by the government.

  1. Certification as a Small Business Indian Firm. The government is ONLY interested in Small Business Indian Firms. (See attached Representative Form).
  2. Provide Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) created in SAM.gov registration, in accordance with FAR 4.1102(a).
