THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.This is NOT a request for proposal. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Submission of any information to this RFI survey is purely voluntary. Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred associated to this request for capability information.The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL, is issuing this RFI for the purpose of locating qualified small business firms that would have the capabilities to furnish all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to service and relocate government-owned portable latrines and handwash stations at Tyndall AFB, FL. The contractor shall accomplish all tasks required to include pumping all wastes, cleaning and disinfecting interiors, restoring chemical effectiveness of liquid chambers, replenishing water, and replenishing paper products in order to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services support Tyndall AFB rebuild efforts, Silver Flag student field training, 53 WEG full-scale drone launches, and FSS recreational areas. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The Period of Performance will consist of a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods (Anticipated 6 December 2026 to 5 December 2031).The equipment quantities provided for the base year are a representative estimate of the initial workload:Equipment Type: Government-Owned Portable Latrines. Quantity: 35. Service Frequency: Weekly waste removal and cleaning.Equipment Type: Government-Owned Handwash Stations. Quantity: 5.
