The Government (Indian Health Service, Tucson Area) is requesting responses from interested vendors capable of providing preventative maintenance and service agreement services over a five year period (one Base Year and 4 Option Years) for one pattern scan laser (PASCAL). The PASCAL is specifically used for treating ocular disease. The PASCAL is located at our Sells Indian Hospital in Sells, Arizona. The requirement consists of performing routinge preventative maintenace as well as troubleshooting support and repair (including emergency) to the PASCAL equipment. The emphasis for this market research is to determine if 1) sources other than TOPCON Medical Laser Systems exist that can support this effort; and 2) to determine if small businesses are in existence that can support this effort.
