Source Sought This is a Source Sought notice. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. This Source Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified SMALL business concerns prior to issuing a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded for this announcement. Dietary Department is conducting a Source Sought notice to provide quotes on services: Ice Milk Manufacturing "Milk Products", see attached S.O.W.
