Full Description

The project includes constructing two sections of waterline for the South Fork Water System. Base project is installation of 4600 ft of 3 HDPE waterline. Option #1 is installation of 870 ft of 3 HDPD waterline. The system serves a group of campgrounds along the South fork of the Ogden River. The project is located in the Ogden Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, Weber County, Utah, in the NW1/4 of Section 5, T6N, R3E (latitude 41o16'55"N, longitude 111o39'35"W). It is located approximately 4 miles north and 17 miles east of Ogden, approximately 6 miles by road east from Huntsville (Huntsville is 14 miles east of Ogden) at an elevation of approximately 5390'. The project may be accessed from State Highway 39. A site visit is scheduled on August 4, 2009 at 9 a.m. Meet at the entrance to the South Fork Campground. It is located approximately 6 miles east of the Junction of Highways 39 and 166 on Highway 39. This solicitation is set-aside for HUBZone. Price Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about July 28, 2009.
