Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands. The work is located at located at 320 Highway 285,
Fairplay, Colorado 80440. The District Office is approximately 4,600 square feet, approximately
4124 sq ft is carpeted and 476 sq ft linoleum tile. The contractor shall provide janitorial services to
include, but not limited to management, supervision, personnel, transportation, labor, equipment, and
supplies, see Attachment 3- Facility Map.
