The work to be done includes performing maintenance dredging at the South San Francisco Ferry Terminal and optional maintenance dredging at the Oyster Point Marina Dock 11 and Guest Dock (the "Project"). WETA may award a contract as a result of this IFB.
Base Scope of Work - South San Francisco Ferry Terminal: - Disconnection, removal, storage and protection of the existing ferry loading float. - Disconnection, lift, and temporarily support existing permanent gangway in place, in accordance with Lifttech memorandum provided in Attachment G, utilizing existing piles. - Transportation of permanent ferry loading gangway and float to a berthing location within the South San Francisco Facility. - Dredging and disposal of sediments at one of the Army Corps of Engineers disposal sites: Disposal in Bay (SF-11), Cullinan Ranch or Montezuma. - Complete all work within the following work window: June 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026.Contractor shall submit a schedule when submitting their bids. - Reinstallation of permanent gangway and ferry float system including reconnection, restoration and inspection of all Contractor-disconnected utilities as necessary. - Hydrographic Surveys, including pre, post and conditions surveys as detailed in the Contract Documents.
