South Tahoe Greenway - Upper Truckee River Bridge at Johnson Meadow

El Dorado County is coordinating the South Tahoe Greenway Upper Truckee River Bridge at Johnson Meadow Project to construct a Class 1 shared-use path in South Lake Tahoe, California. To facilitate this development, Tahoe RCD will provide the County with permanent easements and a short-term license agreement for the affected parcels under their ownership. The project is supported by a Mitigated Negative Declaration adopted by the County in 2024. Key coordination for the initiative is managed by Senior Civil Engineer Donaldo Palaroan and Restoration Program Manager Andrew Schurr.
