SAIT is seeking to establish a pre-qualified list of qualified event and event requirement vendors to support on-campus events (including satellite campuses and the TFCC). The successful proponent(s) will provide professional event services to support a wide range of SAIT events, including but not limited to academic, institutional, commercial, and community events held on campus. The resulting agreement(s) will enable streamlined access to event services, consistent pricing and service standards, and a sustainable financial model that supports SAIT’s commercial objectives. SAIT is open to qualified vendors providing the following services: -Lighting and Staging -Audio-Visual (AV) -Event Décor -Event Management and Production Scope of services may include: - Audio-visual production and technical support - Lighting and staging design, setup, and teardown - Event décor and theming - Event planning, coordination, and on-site management - Equipment rental, delivery, installation, and removal - Technical staffing and production support All services will be provided on an as-required basis. A mandatory bidders meeting/tour will take place on SAITs main campus (1301 – 16 Avenue NW, Calgary, AB T2M) for Wednesday February 4th.
