Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM on Thursday, August 6, 2026, by the County Auditor of Otter Tail County for Project No. SP 056-598-003; Bridge No. 56551, and Approaches. Electronic bids shall be submitted through Otter Tail County's online bidding system (bidVault). Mailed or hand delivered bids are not allowed. Project No.: SP 056-598-003; Located on CH 143 over Leaf River; Length of project: 0.076 miles. Minimum Wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. This Project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal. See the DBE Special Provisions for requirements. Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners or their designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids in the Long Lake Room at the Otter Tail County Highway Department, 505 South Court St, Suite 1, Fergus Falls Minnesota.
Physical copies of the proposal including plans may be examined and/or secured at the Office of the Otter Tail County Engineer, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls, MN 56537. Cost of physical copies of proposal including plans is $100.00 (Non-refundable)

To submit a bid online you must be a registered plan holder, you can create an account at https://connex.mn.uccs.com. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check made payable to the County Treasurer, Otter Tail County, for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal.
The County Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, portions, thereof, and to waive informalities.
