NSN 1660-012637498; BRACKET, MASK; WSIC F; IQC PR 1000234564.  THE APPROVED SOURCE IS: AVOX SYSTEM (53655), P/N 232-1309.



THIS SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A BASE PERIOD OF 2 YEARS WITH ZERO (0) OPTIONS.  THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANITTY IS 1298 EACH; THE MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 268 EACH; THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 1298 EACH.  THE DELIVERY DATE WILL BE 170 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF ORDER.  INSPECTION AND ACCPETANCE WILL BE AT ORIGIN.  FOB IS AT ORIGIN.  THIS IS A DLA DIRECT PROCUREMENT.  THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT (OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION NOT PREVIOUSLY ADDRESSED).  THIS IS NOT A CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM; THIS ITEM IS A LIFE SUPPORT.   PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY WILL BE EQUALLY WEIGHTED.  THE FINAL CONTRACT AWARD DECISION MAY BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE, SPRS AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS AS DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION.  THIS REQUEST IS FOR A WIRTTEN QUOTE.  PLEASE SUBMIT OFFERES IN WRITING.
