This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), Saskatchewan Air Ambulance (SAA) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the manufacture and supply of up to four new multi-engine turbo prop pressurized aircraft. SAA is initiating a five year aircraft fleet replacement plan to manage the aircraft fleet’s safety and dispatch reliability. The current SAA fleet consists of four Beechcraft King Air B200 models. These aircraft are configured with medical interiors and are used to transport patients and medical crew from all locations and areas in Saskatchewan. Additional InformationAn Optional Proponent Meeting with GOS is scheduled for: • June 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST (Local Saskatchewan Time) • Duration: One hour • Location: Microsoft Teams (virtual) The date and time of the Proponent Meeting is subject to change. Any changes will be posted to SaskTenders by way of addendum. It is strongly recommended that Proponents attend a Proponent Meeting prior to submitting a proposal.
