Total contract length is not to exceed nine years. This procurement contains one (1) NSN in the 5962 FSC: 5962-01-688-3706. Rockwell Collins (13499) is the sole approved source for the awarded NSN. BAE is in the process of taking ownership of Rockwell. The item was solicited Unrestricted using Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW Far Part 12.
