Esapi Plate Model # 28520- L(front) 33 Each 2. Esapi Plate Model # 28520- L(back) 33 Each 3. Esapi Plate Model # 28520- M(front) 23 Each 4. Esapi Plate Model # 28520- M(back) 23 Each 5. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
