Specialist Consultancy Advice and Investigation Services

The Centre for Process Innovation Limited is establishing a direct award framework for specialist consultancy advice and investigation services to support its operational requirements. The scope of work encompasses a broad range of technical and professional disciplines, including root cause accident and incident investigations, operational safety, risk management, regulatory compliance, asset integrity, project delivery, and organisational effectiveness. The appointed provider must supply qualified professionals capable of delivering evidence-based consultancy, technical assurance, and the development of corrective action plans. The contract is valued at 173,099.99 GBP excluding VAT, with an initial performance period of 36 months running from 8 October 2026 to 7 October 2029. There is an option for a 12-month extension through 7 October 2030. Performance will take place in South Teesside. The selection process is based on a weighted evaluation consisting of technical capability at 40 percent, quality assurance at 30 percent, and pricing at 30 percent. The framework is limited to a maximum of one supplier, and the deadline for electronic submissions via the in-tendhost portal is 30 September 2026.
