The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for enterprise-wide satellite television and associated support services. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Signal Group LLC, 22285 Roethel Drive Novi, MI 48375.
This contract will address the requirements of the End User Service Division, regarding to the current service provider (DirecTV). The proposed contract action is for supplies and/or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 6.103. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
