The Missouri Department of Transportation, District has determined that only CTS Cement Manufacturing Corporation of Mexico, MO can provide the Department with specific use, Rapid –Set DOT Cement in bulk form as blended to perform a specific use patching material for deck and dense overlays with the ability to reach 3000 psi in one hour, and the reasonable workability in patching operations that allows for a smooth finished surface. This specific product has been tested as fully and absolutely compatible for use with the desired result. This material has a proven history to successfully meet the patching needs of the district in the summer heat as well as conditions below freezing in the winter. This notice shall meet the single feasible source posting requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described. Contract Period: Date of Award - September 30, 2027 with the option to renew for two (2) one-year renewal periods.
