NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Holloman AFB, New Mexico has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Spirent Federal Systems, Inc., 1402 W State Road, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062-5015. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This purchase order will be for reinstatement and continuing hardware and software updates, remote technical support, and hardware components for the USAFs Spirent brand simulators.
