The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) is soliciting bids for the provision of bilingual and accessible spokesperson and media training services targeted primarily at CER leadership and subject matter experts involved in high public interest areas. These services will be delivered on an as-requested basis at the CER facility. Bids must be submitted exclusively via email to proposals.propositions@cer-rec.gc.ca, with strict file size limits of 35 megabytes per email. The submission of bids through other methods such as in-person, courier, or SAP Ariba is not permitted. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is properly received and may send multiple emails if necessary, provided they are clearly labeled with the solicitation number and project details. The contract period extends from the award date to February 28, 2027, with the option for Canada to extend the agreement for up to four additional one-year periods under the same terms, upon written notice at least 30 days before contract expiry. All technical and contractual inquiries must be submitted in writing to the contracting authority by the specified deadline to ensure a timely response. Bidders should obtain solicitation documents directly from the Government of Canada tendering service and are cautioned about discrepancies between language versions, which should be reported immediately. Late bids will not be considered, and Canada reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers as part of the procurement process.
