North Carolina A&T State University is seeking qualified professional consulting services under solicitation 59-P2413 to assess, remediate, and transform its sponsored research finance operations. The engagement is expected to last between 18 and 36 months and is structured into three distinct phases: a current-state assessment and revenue recovery identification, a stabilization phase to resolve backlogs and develop initial standard operating procedures, and a final redesign phase focused on the full finance lifecycle, staff training, and organizational staffing models.
