This is a subcontracting opportunity. The Springdale Job Corps Center is a federally owned, residential trade school for young adults located in Troutdale, Oregon. A recent facility inspection identified a deficiency in which one second floor exit contains a deteriorated balcony and staircase, leaving only one operable exit from the second floor. Currently the Center is requesting proposals from licensed contractors to correct this deficiency and rebuild the deteriorated second-floor staircase exit. Please see attached documents for full scope of work details and applicable wage determination. This project is subject to the Davis Bacon Act wage determination (WD) OR2026100, Revision 1, revised 05/18/2026. A copy of this WD is included in the RFQ attachments for reference.
