Sprinkler Systems Inspections, Testing, and Service

The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education (CBVRCE) is comprised of approximately 40 buildings occupying over 2.5 million square feet of floor space. The maintenance and custodial service for these buildings is performed by the staff of the CBVRCE Operations Department. There are seven (7) Public/Private Partnership (P3) schools within CBVRCE that are included in the scope of this Request for Proposal (RFP). CBVRCE is seeking a partner through this Request for Proposal for the supply of Sprinkler System Inspections, Testing and Service for a three-year term, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms at the discretion of the CBVRCE.
