SSC - A/E Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Agreement Pool - Roofing Design

Selected firms must adhere to strict quality and safety standards, including compliance with the International Building Code, NFPA fire codes, and Texas Accessibility Standards. Contract administration involves invoicing through the e-Builder system, with a 5 percent retainage withheld from progress payments. Financial security requirements include performance bonds for contracts exceeding 100,000 dollars and payment bonds for those exceeding 25,000 dollars.
