ST09-2520, REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS UPH 12

Project will replace worn and deteriorated components and utility systems, replace wires and conduits for telephone and CATV systems; installation of fire protection system and replacing energy inefficient A/C units, lightings, controls, doors and windows; and replacing deteriorated floor, wall and ceiling finishes including asbestos floor tiles. Additional scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will include the following: 1] Replace 33-ea Fan System, Centrifugal In-Line (Wall Mounted Exhaust Fan) including all supporting accessories, 2] Replace 32-ea Utility Set, (Kitchen Range Hood Exhaust Fan) complete with all required accessories, 3] Replace 32-ea garbage disposer located underneath the kitchen sink.4] Install new fire alarm system, complete with control panel addressable, remote annunciators & local operating consoles, peripheral devices, conduits and wires, 5] Replace built-up roofing, single wooden access door assembly at all billeting rooms, bathrooms, storage rooms., laundry and Janitor rooms , double door assemblies at the mechanical rooms, sliding glass windows, carpet tiles, repair concrete floor with quarry floor tiles at laundry rooms, vanities and glass mirrors, shower curtain rods, towel bars, bathtubs, recessed soap dish and soap dispensers, suspended ceiling system, gypsum board ceiling at bathrooms and the storage rooms, kitchen cabinets with range hoods and 2 burner cooktop at the billeting bathrooms, and painting works.
