Staff Development, Training Services, Materials and Other Related Products and Services

Lewisville Independent School District, (LISD or DISTRICT) is accepting supplemental proposals and pricing for RFP #F1068H-23 (Staff Development, Training Services, Materials and Other Related Products and Services) If you were previously awarded on the original RFP F1068-23A, F1068-23B, F1068-23C, F1068-23D, F1068-23E, F1068-23F, or RFP #F1068G you do not need to respond to this supplemental RFP. If you are awarded on RFP #2831-21 Professional Development, Training Services, Materials and Other Related Products and Services please respond to this bid as there are no more renewals on RFP #2831-21 . This Request For Proposal (RFP) will help provide training services for District staff which consists of approximately 6,477 employees including, but are not limited to individual departments, campuses, teachers, administrators, instructional support, business staff, safety and security staff, technology, facility, and any other related LISD staff. Trainings can be held at the school campuses, District departments, vendors training facility or agreed upon location. Trainings can also be held online (virtually). Each responding vendor shall be qualified in their field of business and hold any and all required certifications or licenses required by the State of Texas to perform their specific job duties. This proposal may be awarded to one or multiple vendors by line item, section, or packaged as determined to be the best value to the District. All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. Missing or incomplete information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations. RFP #F1068H-23 shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of products and/or services that provides best value to The District. The initial term of this proposal shall be from November 2026 -September 2027. Dependent on the long-range needs of the District, if vendor does not notify the District 90 days before any renewal date(s), the District will auto-renew the bid under the existing terms and conditions. If vendor does not wish to renew, or wishes to renew with new terms and conditions, please contact LISD within 90 days of the renewal term. There will be one successive renewal, consisting of a two year term. Initial Anticipated Contract Term: November 2026 - September 2027 Final Term: September 2027 - September 2029
