Deliverables include written reports with annotated photographs, data spreadsheets with recommendations, and final presentations to site teams. The selection process is based on a minimum point rating of 70, with mandatory pass/fail criteria regarding cover letters and organizational experience. Rated factors include the project manager's experience, the firm's audit project history, and the proposed methodology. Future task solicitations under this arrangement will be categorized into four tiers based on value, ranging from under 10,000 dollars to over 100,000 dollars. Submissions must be sent exclusively via email to [email hidden] as attachments, with a maximum file size of 15 megabytes per email.
