REQUIREMENT Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the repair of the Beaver Hill climbing lane, which was significantly damaged as a result of an atmospheric river event. The damage caused washouts within the roadway and drainage infrastructure. Repairs are required to restore the highway climbing lane and reinstate the adjacent ditching to ensure proper drainage, roadway stability, and the safe operation of the corridor. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Potential and interested sub-contractors are invited to add their company’s name under the section “Partner with another business”
