REQUIREMENT
Parks Canada requires the services of a consultant to provide a plan for the upgrade of the water/wastewater treatment system software throughout Wasagaming in Riding Mountain National Park. The project will include Automation System Upgrades to the Water Treatment Plant, Pumphouse, West Lift Station, Lagoon, East Lift Station and Main (South) Lift Station.
TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS
This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the Terms of Reference. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
