Parks Canada requires a contractor to complete roadway improvements on Lake Louise Drive, including the upper Lake Louise parking lot and Fairview day use area, within Lake Louise, AB. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: asphalt resurfacing and line painting, signage and barrier replacement, intersection reconfiguration and civil grading, roadway structure repairs; electrical streetlighting and conduit installations; as well as drainage improvements. Green procurement for this project is limited to recycling of aggregate materials (where applicable), as well as incorporating reduced travel and efficient practices into execution of the construction. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
