5P468-24-0044/A Stage 2 - Miette Hot Springs Pipe Chase Rehabilitation, Jasper National Park
REQUIREMENT
Parks Canada requires replacement and rehabilitation work at the Miette Hot Springs facility located in Jasper National Park. The work is composed of the following parts:
- Rehabilitation and replacement work at the Miette Hot Springs main building and pools. The work involves structural rehabilitation of pipe chase, process/piping systems upgrades, electrical upgrades, lighting replacements and Building Management System upgrades.
- Rehabilitation of the Spring Water Source tank 3 and drainage improvements. The work involves concrete rehabilitation, installation of a French drain, and installation of gutter system.
TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS
This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
