Standard Spun Aluminum

Nashville Electric Service is soliciting bids for standard spun aluminum poles with specific dimensions of 8" x 6" x 32' x .188" using Alloy 6063-T6. The poles must be round and seamless, featuring a four-hole anchor base with slotted holes for an 11" to 12" bolt circle diameter, a peripherally reinforced 4"x6" hand hole centered 18" from the bottom, a ground lug opposite the cover, and a 1" hole with a grommet 6" from the top. Each unit must include anchor bolt covers and a pole cap, both equipped with set screws. The design must support a 75 lb luminaire with an EPA of 1.6 sq ft at 80 mph wind velocity on a 15 ft mast arm; however, anchor bolts and mast arms are not included. This solicitation, number Z5507, requires strict adherence to specified brands such as Hapco, Flagpole, P & K, or LXington, as alternate brands will not be accepted. Bidders must submit their proposals via the Bid Center by 2:00 pm local time on the close date of November 13, 2026.
