Full Description

This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for 186 standing desks for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG), the initial posting utilized solicitation W912J3-17-T-1013; this requirement is being re-solicited. Please refer to the solicitation and the item listing for more information for this requirement. All items are brand name or equal, refer to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal if your company intends to submit an equal item. A deadline for questions and request for information (RFI) can be found in the solicitation document, questions and RFI submitted after the deadline may not be acknowledged or answered. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this solicitation to the company that submits a quote that is most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available immediately. This requirement has been set aside for women owned small business concerns in accordance with FAR 19.15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337211 - Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,000 employees. The Non-Manufacture Rule does apply to this solicitation, contractors that are not the manufactures of the standing desk must utilize a manufacture that is a qualified small business concern. Furthermore, the standing desks must be manufactured in the United States. Refer to FAR 19.502-2(c), 15 USC - 637(a)(17) and 13 CFR - 121.406 for more information. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A all prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote in response to this solicitation must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
