Full Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 29, 2023 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after this date and time will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The scope of work includes but shall not be limited to the provision of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide inspection services, repairs, maintenance, upgrades and new installation HVAC equipment. Work sites for this Standing Offer will be CFB Suffield buildings including DND, BATUS and DRDC buildings. It also includes other infrastructure at the village of Ralston, CFB Suffield. Services are to be provided on an "as required” basis. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be issued a standing offer. The period of the Standing Offer will be for a two (2) year period with the ability to extend for an additional two (2) - one (1) year extension periods.
