Revise architectural layout at existing Room 258, 2nd floor to be a child waiting area including a main activity room, restroom, kitchen, infant quiet room, and 2 storage closets. Revise architectural layout at room 200, 2nd floor to be a new conference room (50-person capacity) including 3 restrooms, kitchenette, and lobby. New architectural finishes throughout in both spaces. Alterations to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to support revised layouts but no alterations to building exterior or public corridors to be made.
