This software is designed to serve as a common operating picture for crisis management, enabling the department to manage multiple incidents and events while generating detailed situation reports. The platform must facilitate the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and Operational Checklists to ensure consistent response efforts. A critical requirement of the system is the ability to share essential incident management information across various Operating Administrations within the DOT to enhance coordination and situational awareness.
