The United States Department of Transportation (DOT) Transportation Operations Center (TOC) requires a platform for operational management and response. The DOT TOC requires a Unified Command Platform (UCP) - a secure, cloud-native operational and common operating picture software built for the unique crisis management work performed by the Department. This system must manage multiple incidents and events, provide situation reports, provide a platform for Standard Operating Procedures and Operational Checklists, and have the ability to share critical incident management information across the Operating Administrations (OAs) in DOT.
