Project: State Fair Community College New CDL Training Pad, Sedalia, MO 65301

Sealed Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on October 2, 2026 at which time a public bid opening will be held for construction of the above listed project. Bids must be received in the State Fair Community College Physical Plant, 3201 W. 16th St. Sedalia, MO 65301 and should be clearly marked “SEALED BID ENCLOSED” and bearing the project name.

A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 24, at the Physical Plant, State Fair Community College, Sedalia MO 65301.

All equipment, materials, and quality of work must be in accord with the drawings and specifications on file with the office of Consulting Architect, Robert Rollings Architects, LLC, 208 S. Lamine Ave., Sedalia, MO 65301.

Copies of the Contract Documents desired for bidding purposes may be viewed online at Drexel Technologies, Inc. 913-371-4430, http://planroom.drexeltech.com. Digital plans may be purchased (non-refundable)for download or CD at the cost of production. Paper sets may be purchased from Drexel Technologies at the cost of production. Credit cards are accepted, checks for digital plans should be made payable to Drexel Technologies. All checks shall be mailed to Drexel Technologies, Inc. 10840 W. 86th St., Lenexa, KS 66214-1632. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges.
