State Laundry Replacement at the Wyoming Women's Center

NOTE: Bid due date has been extended to January 23, 2024 by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time through the online Public Purchase bidding system. The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 23, 2024 through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the WWC State Laundry Replacement, located at Wyoming Women’s Center 1000 W. Griffith Street, Lusk, WY 82225. Project Description: This project will consist of replacing and installing 4 dryers and 3 washer machines in the state laundry and removal of the older dryers and washers. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 Mountain Time on Friday December 8, 2023, starting at 1000 West Griffith, Lusk, Wyoming 82225. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 MT on December 13, 2023. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on December 15, 2023. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on December 13, 2023, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. January 23, 2024 . A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
