State Route 138 Widening Project from Avenue T to State Route 18 Through Palmdale, Littlerock, Pearblossom and Llano

The State Route 138 Widening Project (Segment 13) is a forecast infrastructure initiative managed by Caltrans District 7 in Los Angeles County.
