State Route 166 Comprehensive Corridor Study

The State Route 166 Comprehensive Corridor Study is an initiative led by the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments to identify a package of prioritized multimodal improvements along State Route 166 and parallel roads. The study area is located in northern Santa Barbara County, specifically spanning the corridor between State Route 1 in the City of Guadalupe and Depot Street in the City of Santa Maria. The primary objective is to address known and anticipated transportation issues through a comprehensive analysis of the corridor. This effort is classified as a continuing administrative activity for general policy and procedure making and is exempt from further environmental review under CEQA Guideline Section 15738(b)(2).
