Station 3 Fence

The City of Toledo Fire & Rescue Department is soliciting bids to replace approximately 220 feet of existing six-foot wooden fence with a six-foot galvanized chain link fence at Station 3. Bidders must submit all required City forms, including the Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Conditions, Contract Specifications, Primary and Subcontractor Forms, Living Wage Contract Addendum, and Best Bid Criteria, along with the Signed Construction Contract and a Bid Guaranty of 2.5 percent. Upon award, the successful bidder is required to provide a Payment Bond, a Performance Bond, and a Project Labor Agreement if applicable. Certified payrolls must be submitted biweekly starting two weeks after the project’s commencement, followed by weekly submissions thereafter.
